Shipping: All shipments are FOB our Tulsa, Oklahoma warehouse, "Factory Direct" or Importers warehouse outside our facility. UPS and Parcel Post charges are added to the invoice. Motor freight shipments receive our discount rates. Damaged Merchandise: Claims for damaged goods, concealed or otherwise, should be filed immediately with carrier and notation of damage made on freight bill or express receipt. Our responsibility ceases when shipments are accepted by carrier's agent. Claims for shortages must be made within five days after receipt of goods. Returned Goods: All returned goods must have prior approval. A 25% restocking charge may be applied on all merchandise returned. Customer is responsible for shipping on all returns. No returns after 15 days of invoice date.
